We understand situations arise where you might need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Please advise us at least 48 hours before the start of your appointment to avoid a penalty. This provides other clients an opportunity to take your appointment should you no longer be free to keep yours. Our teams livelihood depends on clients keeping their appointments so we take this very seriously. If you do not abide by this, the first measure we take is that a credit card will be required to book future appointments. After a second incident a 50 per cent charge for the scheduled appointment will be charged to your card on file. After a third and final incident, you will be asked to find another salon to accommodate you. We are very understanding about lives intervening occasionally, but we do deserve your consideration. Thank you for understanding.

If an appointment is missed without cancelling or rescheduling, you will be charged for the full cost of the appointment if you rebook in the future. We strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability, which is why we confirm all client appointments approximately 7 days prior to the appointment via text message, email or both. Please ensure your contact details are correct and up to date.
