Here is a list of changes we have implemented in the salon due to COVID-19. In order to keep you and our staff members safe during Covid-19 please review the following points to prepare for your appointment:

-you are required to wear a mask, if you do not have one we will provide one for you.

-prior to your service you must wash or sanitize your hands. 

-our beverage services are suspended until further notice.

-please bring minimal belongings.  We recommend only bringing in your method of payment, cell phone and keys.

-please wait in your car if you are more than 5 minutes early, our waiting area is closed until further notice.  

-If we are running behind we will do our best to call and inform you in advance, please have patience with us during this challenging time.

-you will be asked a series of questions prior to your service to screen for Covid-19

-no guests allowed, this includes children.

-contactless payment is encouraged and preferred.

-we have missed you but we will be maintaining distance as much as possible which means no handshakes or hugs. 

-it might be harder for us to carry on a normal conversation due to wearing PPE.

-the door will be locked and opened for you once your appointment time has come or once we are able to accommodate you.

-please keep your opinions of our Covid-19 safety measures to yourself.  We are doing everything we can and it might seem extreme but it is for your best interest and it will not change how the government has indicated we must operate or change the guidelines and rules necessary to keep everyone safe and stop the spread.

- employees will be screened and their temperature taken prior to every shift. 

-your temperature will be taken prior to your service, if you have a reading of 38 degrees or higher or any of your answers on your intake form indicate a Covid-19 risk to other guests/staff we are required by law to reject your service and book you for another date once you are clear of any symptoms.

-employees or guests will not be permitted on the premise with any Covid-19 symptoms.

-we will be cleaning and disinfecting with hospital grade, accelerated hydrogen peroxide disinfectant between each service. 

-we have removed all magazines and reading materials until further notice.

-the retail section is closed to clients please ask your stylist for recommendations and to obtain the product for you.

-stations will be kept at 6 feet apart 

-fresh capes and towels (as always) will be used on each guest.

-doors, exits and frequently used areas will be cleaned and disinfected after each use

-the washroom will be disinfected after each use

-we will not be accepting walk in's of any nature, this includes retail.  Please call or e-mail for product pickups and to book an appointment

-your stylist will be wearing scrubs which are laundered nightly and left at the salon.

-prior to your service you will receive a similar e-mail as a reminder of our new policies to review.

-your initial services will be longer and possibly more costly than normal, we will need extra product and time to catch up on months of missed appointments.

-we have raised our prices by 10 percent.

-if you have a physical condition, are more at risk, or live with anymore more at risk we will do our best to provide you with an early appointment or when possible even come in before our day starts to ensure your safety.

-All of these changes have been made with YOU in mind please remember that.
