How do you challenge yourself to improve your creative work?
I'm inspired by the new girls at my work. They have breathed life into what I do. I learn from them questioning me and from the ability to share with them what I know. Their drive, focus and fresh take on the industry makes me want to stay current.

Whats the most inspiring part of your job?
I'm inspired by my family. I want my girls to see that you can be many things successfully. I want them to watch me balance many things in my life. I want them to know that they can do whatever they want, as long as they focus, work hard and learn from their mistakes and not make excuses. It's a work in progress, but that's my goal at least!

3 pet peeves you have
1. Listening to people eat,
2. Having to make multiple trips from the car to the house with groceries
3. People who can't take ownership for their own mistakes (everyone messes up it's how we learn, own it and get better for it)

Whats your worst hair experience?
I had long beautiful blonde curly hair when I was small. I hated it because I was such a tomboy. I begged my Mom to let me cut it off and by my own choice rocked a solid Joe Dirt mullet for years. I loved it though.
